Transfer Of Domain Agreement

You understand that if you transfer a recently renewed domain name, there is a potential for loss of the renewal year. the renewal year is lost if: the domain name has been renewed within forty-five (45) days of the expiry date; and forty-five (45) days have not elapsed since that expiration date. You understand and agree that no-IP is not responsible for this lost year and that non-IP will not credit your domain this year. You should check the registration agreement you have with your previous registrar to determine if you are entitled to a refund or credit for the lost year. Please contact your previous registrar if you have any questions about the lost year. You understand and agree that no-IP does not interfere with the recovery of those years of registration lost during the transmission of your domain name. A statement of intent is a description of a transaction under negotiation, with agreements on how the process will move forward. Comprehensive Agreement. This Agreement, together with any schedules or investments, constitutes the entire agreement between Seller and Buyer with respect to the subject matter of the Contract and supersedes all prior or concurrent agreements (written or oral) between the parties with respect to the subject matter contained therein. This Agreement may only be amended or amended by a letter signed by each Party. Whether you want to buy or sell, there are a number of methods to sell domain names or to find suitable domain names: after a successful transfer, No-IP.com becomes a record registrar. You are still the registrar of the domain – No-IP becomes the registrar of the domain name. Your registration is automatically renewed for one year. Domain name registration transmissions can only be initiated once the acceptance of the transfer agreement has been registered, payment has been made and the administrative contact has responded positively to our messaging message requesting permission for transmission. The e-mail message requesting permission to transmit is sent to the administrative contact domain name(s) indicated in the WHO-IS database of the previous Registrar. . . .
